I’m always a little apprehensive when I get emails from clients to whom I’ve just delivered photos. Particularly if the email starts “Dear Mark” because “Dear” sounds so formal. Despite having confidence in my work, I’m nervous to know what they think of their photos! I guess its because I care so much about doing a good job.
